Living Room
Warm, open, and inviting

Design Rationale
We removed the side tables to open up the floor plan and added floor-length white curtains to draw the eye upward. A modern arc lamp anchors the corner behind the couch, while a warm-toned area rug grounds the seating area and introduces just the right amount of color without overwhelming the neutral palette.
Kitchen
Bright, modern, and functional

Design Rationale
The outdated appliances were swapped for sleek stainless steel to instantly modernize the space. A solid surface quartz countertop in a warm white tone replaces the old surface, and the new large-format porcelain tile flooring in a light marble-look finish adds a clean, high-end feel that's both durable and easy to maintain. Professional HDR lighting ensures the space photographs bright and inviting.
Master Bedroom
Calm farmhouse retreat

Design Rationale
We swapped the bedding for a soft, neutral linen duvet in warm cream with coordinated ivory and sage green pillows, and a cozy knit throw at the foot of the bed. The abstract art was replaced with a calm farmhouse landscape painting of rolling hills and a weathered barn in a rustic wood frame. The rocker's bulky cushions were removed, leaving the beautiful wood exposed with a single sage green accent pillow. Combined with the ceiling-hung curtains and modern fan, this room now feels like a serene farmhouse retreat.

Bedroom 3
Clean lines, maximum space

Design Rationale
This bedroom was staged by keeping the original furniture layout and camera angle while adding ceiling-hung airy curtains and upgrading to professionally coordinated bedding. The clutter was removed and the space was brightened with professional lighting to create a clean, inviting atmosphere that shows off the room's generous proportions.
Twin Bedroom
Balanced and functional

Design Rationale
The twin bedroom was rearranged to maximize floor space and create a balanced, symmetrical layout. Both beds are positioned with equal spacing, coordinated bedding ties the room together, and the ceiling-hung curtains maintain consistency with the rest of the home. The dresser centered between the beds acts as a visual anchor.
Master Bathroom
Crown molding and updated fixtures

Design Rationale
We kept the original wallpaper to preserve the home's character while adding elegant white crown molding and upgrading to a modern 3-light brushed nickel vanity fixture with frosted glass shades. A lush Boston fern in a white ceramic pot sits in the corner of the tub, adding a natural, spa-like touch that softens the space. The combination of classic wallpaper with contemporary hardware and greenery creates a timeless yet inviting look.
Bathroom 2
Modern floral with a designer touch

Design Rationale
This bathroom features a sophisticated floral wallpaper that adds personality while the solid white ceiling keeps the room feeling open. The brushed nickel fixtures and white vanity create a clean foundation, and the floral pattern brings in just enough visual interest to make the space memorable without overwhelming it.
Home Office
Organized and inspiring

Design Rationale
The extra desk and blue chair were removed to open up the space. The remaining wooden desk and bookshelves were rearranged for better flow, with the shelves minimally staged to look curated rather than cluttered. A piece of modern wall art adds personality and anchors the workspace.
